{"id":51554,"date":"2017-03-06T12:34:00","date_gmt":"2017-03-06T12:34:00","guid":{"rendered":null},"modified":"2017-03-06T12:34:00","modified_gmt":"2017-03-06T12:34:00","slug":"noticia-es-44908","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.eltriangle.eu\/es\/2017\/03\/06\/noticia-es-44908\/","title":{"rendered":"CatDem enga\u00f1\u00f3 al Tribunal de Cuentas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Uno de los informes de la Guardia Civil incluidos en el sumario del 3% se\u00f1ala que la convergente <strong>Fundaci\u00f3n CatDem<\/strong> intent\u00f3 enga\u00f1ar al <strong>Tribunal de Cuentas<\/strong> disimulando el verdadero importe de las donaciones que recib\u00eda, revela <em>Vozp\u00f3puli<\/em>. En concreto, pone de manifiesto que se trocearon pagos para que parecieran donaciones menores que no superaban el m\u00e1ximo anual de <strong>150.000 euros<\/strong> que puede recibir un partido de una persona f\u00edsica o jur\u00eddica, marcado por <strong>la Ley Org\u00e1nica de Financiaci\u00f3n de Partidos Pol\u00edticos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La Guardia Civil, seg\u00fan la misma informaci\u00f3n, concluye que <strong>las finanzas de CDC y sus fundaciones compart\u00edan una caja \u00fanica<\/strong>. <em>Vozp\u00f3puli<\/em> tambi\u00e9n revela que en los informes y documentos que la Guardia Civil ha aportado al sumario del 3% se hace constar que empresarios donantes de Converg\u00e8ncia intentaban difuminar sus pagos. Se refieren a dos <em>modus operandi<\/em> atribuidos a <strong>Sorea<\/strong> <strong><\/strong> (grupo Agbar), <strong>Teyco<\/strong> y <strong>Grup<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Soler<\/strong>: donar mediante diferentes empresas de un mismo conglomerado y, a la vez, entregar importes a las diferentes fundaciones de la \u00f3rbita convergente (adem\u00e1s de CatDem, <strong>Nous Catalanes y
