{"id":42438,"date":"2014-07-22T11:15:00","date_gmt":"2014-07-22T11:15:00","guid":{"rendered":null},"modified":"2014-07-22T11:15:00","modified_gmt":"2014-07-22T11:15:00","slug":"noticia-es-39362","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.eltriangle.eu\/es\/2014\/07\/22\/noticia-es-39362\/","title":{"rendered":"Con el culo alquilado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Los Presupuestos de la Generalitat suben este a\u00f1o a 53.468 millones de euros<\/strong>, incluyendo el cap\u00edtulo de sanidad y otras partidas destinadas a los consorcios, las fundaciones, las entidades aut\u00f3nomas, etc. La deuda financiera de nuestro gobierno era, a 31 de marzo, de <strong>52.021 millones de euros<\/strong> y los bonos de la Generalitat tienen la calificaci\u00f3n de \u00abbasura\u00bb. El techo de d\u00e9ficit presupuestario autorizado por el ministro <strong>Crist\u00f3bal Montoro<\/strong> para 2014 es del 1% y el pacto con <strong>ERC<\/strong> contempla la necesidad de \u00abcrear\u00bb unos ingresos adicionales de 2.300 millones de euros para cuadrar las cuentas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfDe d\u00f3nde tienen que salir esos 2.300 millones?<\/strong> Seg\u00fan el consejero de Econom\u00eda, <strong>Andreu Mas-Colell<\/strong>, de las privatizaciones de servicios y de la venta de patrimonio inmobiliario de la Generalitat. Pero, superado el primer semestre del a\u00f1o, todo est\u00e1 en el aire. Hasta ahora, <strong>s\u00f3lo se han podido conseguir 230 millones<\/strong> por la venta de 15 inmuebles, un 10% de las necesidades presupuestadas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Venta de patrimonio<\/strong> <br \/>El pasado mes de abril se cerr\u00f3 la venta de los edificios de <strong>V\u00eda<\/strong> <strong>Laietana 69<\/strong> (sede del Memorial Democr\u00e1tico) al <em>family office<\/em> de los Espelt (cadena H10) por 11,9 millones y de la <strong>antigua sede de Medio Ambiente<\/strong>\u00a0en la Diagonal a la familia Ayuso por 16,4 millones.
