El Gobierno de la Generalitat del PSC ha obtenido el <strong>apoyo de ERC y Comunes al<\/strong> validar el decreto.<\/p>\n<p>La consejera de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas,<strong> Alicia Romer<\/strong>o, ha defendido la actualizaci\u00f3n de la tasa tur\u00edstica al recordar que no se trata de penalizar al sector, sino que se dota a los ayuntamientos de instrumentos financieros que minimicen los problemas que los turistas generan en vivienda, seguridad, las infraestructuras o la limpieza, por ejemplo.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eltriangle.eu\/es\/2025\/06\/02\/el-consell-de-garanties-rechaza-que-el-aplazamiento-de-la-tasa-turistica-se-haga-por-decreto\/?swcfpc=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Consejo de Garant\u00edas Estatutarias<\/a> (CGE)<\/strong>, por su parte, dictamin\u00f3 en contra de este segundo decreto <strong>ley de pr\u00f3rroga de la tasa tur\u00edstica<\/strong>, que el Gobierno aprob\u00f3 el 13 de mayo, seis d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de que el Parlamento tumbara el primero en el mismo pleno que s\u00ed aprob\u00f3 el aumento del tributo.<\/p>\n<p>Este dictamen del CGE, hecho a petici\u00f3n de <strong>Junts<\/strong>, cuestion\u00f3 que se legisle esta cuesti\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de decreto. Por ello, Junts ha apoyado tramitar el decreto como proyecto de ley.<\/p>\n<h2>Acuerdo con Comunes<\/h2>\n<p>El Gobierno catal\u00e1n y los Comunes pactaron el contenido del decreto a cambio de 60 millones de euros para vivienda y para los ayuntamientos. Este segundo decreto ha llegado al Parlamento despu\u00e9s de que, en contra de los planes del Gobierno, la C\u00e1mara tumbara el aplazamiento de la tasa con el voto en contra de los Comunes.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, ERC tiene registrada una proposici\u00f3n de ley para modificar la tasa tur\u00edstica. Los republicanos consideran que el estado actual de la tasa est\u00e1 pensada s\u00f3lo para Barcelona sin tener en cuenta el resto de Catalu\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque la modificaci\u00f3n de la tasa tur\u00edstica se tramitar\u00e1 ahora como proyecto de ley, siguen en vigor las tasas anteriores.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Parlament de Catalu\u00f1a ha validado el decreto ley que actualiza la tasa tur\u00edstica y a la vez ha aprobado tramitarlo como proyecto de ley.
