El Ayuntamiento ha colaborado con la OAC y desde 2022 ha realizado un seguimiento de las compras de la polic\u00eda, lo que provoc\u00f3 en mayo la apertura de una investigaci\u00f3n interna sobre varios contratos de compra, como el de vestuario por los agentes, seg\u00fan ha avanzado <em>La Vanguardia<\/em> y ha podido confirmar la ACN.<\/p>\n<p>Antifraude recibi\u00f3 hace aproximadamente un mes dos denuncias, que se unieron, superaron el control de veracidad y ya est\u00e1n en la fase de investigaci\u00f3n. El gobierno municipal, por su parte, inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n cuando llegaron facturas de uniformes pese a que se hab\u00eda ordenado que se har\u00edan mediante el sistema de compra agregada de la Asociaci\u00f3n Catalana de Municipios, algo que el jefe de la polic\u00eda decidi\u00f3 no hacer. Adem\u00e1s, sorprendi\u00f3 la adquisici\u00f3n de equipaci\u00f3n deportiva por valor de 800 euros para un torneo de f\u00fatbol sala en el que participaban algunos agentes, recoge la ACN.<\/p>\n<p>El gobierno municipal tiene abiertos tres expedientes que implican al inspector Carles Santacreu, uno de los cuales es instruido por la Diputaci\u00f3n de Barcelona y el resto por la Direcci\u00f3n General de la Polic\u00eda Local.<\/p>\n<p>La denuncia an\u00f3nima ante Antifraude ha llegado en el marco la tensi\u00f3n existente en el seno de la plantilla policial, con episodios como la aparici\u00f3n de una horca clavada en el sill\u00f3n del jefe del cuerpo, uno de los hechos que se investigan en uno de los expedientes en curso, a\u00f1ade la misma informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Oficina Antifraude de Catalunya (OAC) investiga desde hace poco m\u00e1s de uno las supuestas irregularidades del jefe de la Polic\u00eda Local de Pineda de Mar en la compra de productos para el cuerpo municipal.
