El pleno de la sala no ha efectuado ning\u00fan pronunciamiento sobre la proposici\u00f3n de ley de amnist\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>En <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eltriangle.eu\/es\/2023\/11\/13\/el-supremo-reacciona-a-la-amnistia-rechazando-que-se-fiscalice-la-justicia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">el comunicado<\/a>, adem\u00e1s de defender el ejercicio de la funci\u00f3n jurisdiccional, el Supremo tambi\u00e9n remarca \u201cla necesidad de preservar y garantizar la independencia judicial desde todas las instituciones\u201d y
