{"id":107390,"date":"2021-07-26T17:00:08","date_gmt":"2021-07-26T15:00:08","guid":{"rendered":null},"modified":"2021-07-26T17:00:08","modified_gmt":"2021-07-26T15:00:08","slug":"el-tsjc-imputa-al-consejero-torrent-por-desobediencia-al-tc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.eltriangle.eu\/es\/2021\/07\/26\/el-tsjc-imputa-al-consejero-torrent-por-desobediencia-al-tc\/","title":{"rendered":"El TSJC imputa al consejero Torrent por desobediencia al TC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El consejero de Empresa y Trabajo, <strong>Roger Torrent<\/strong>, ha sido imputado por un delito de <strong>desobediencia<\/strong>, presuntamente cometido cuando, siendo presidente del Parlamento de Catalu\u00f1a, la Mesa de la c\u00e1mara permiti\u00f3 la tramitaci\u00f3n de resoluciones vinculadas al <em>proc\u00e9s<\/em>, en contra de las instrucciones del <strong>Tribunal Constitucional<\/strong> (TC).<\/p>\n<p>La magistrada del TSJC <strong>Mar\u00eda Eugenia Alegret<\/strong> ha citado a Torrent para que declare como investigado el pr\u00f3ximo 15 de septiembre, junto con los otros tres miembros independentistas de la Mesa del Parlamento catal\u00e1n de la anterior legislatura: la otra representante de ERC, <strong>Adriana Delgado<\/strong>, y los dos de JxCat,<strong> Josep Costa<\/strong> y<strong> Eusebi Campdepadr\u00f3s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Alegret se ha alineado con la petici\u00f3n de la <strong>Fiscal\u00eda<\/strong>, que acusa a Torrent, Delgado, Costa y Campdepadr\u00f3s de tramitar resoluciones favorables al derecho de autodeterminaci\u00f3n y de reprobaci\u00f3n de la monarqu\u00eda pese a las advertencias del secretario general del Parlamento de Catalu\u00f1a de que incurrir\u00edan en una legalidad si lo hac\u00edan.<\/p>\n<p>Torrent fue espec\u00edficamente advertido por el TC de que su deber era <strong>\u00abimpedir o paralizar\u00bb<\/strong> cualquier iniciativa parlamentaria similar a las que el propio tribunal hab\u00eda anulado, referentes al ejercicio del derecho a la autodeterminaci\u00f3n y a la reprobaci\u00f3n del papel del rey <strong>Felipe VI<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El consejero y expresidente del Parlamento catal\u00e1n ha reaccionado a su citaci\u00f3n expresando en Twitter que \u00abla maquinaria represiva contin\u00faa en marcha para limitar y perseguir la libertad de expresi\u00f3n\u00bb. \u00abEl Parlamento es el templo de la palabra y del debate, intentar censurarlo es un grave error que va en contra de la democracia\u00bb, ha concluido.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El consejero de Empresa y Trabajo, Roger Torrent, ha sido imputado por un delito de desobediencia, presuntamente cometido cuando, siendo presidente del Parlamento de Catalu\u00f1a, la Mesa de la c\u00e1mara permiti\u00f3 la tramitaci\u00f3n de resoluciones vinculadas al proc\u00e9s, en contra de las instrucciones del Tribunal Constitucional (TC).
